Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

As a foundational hire, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will design and build core systems for the company's revenue engine, focusing on hands-on development and delivery of the Salesforce platform, including integrations with billing systems and data models, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all Salesforce development, including Apex, triggers, flows, and integrations, managing the full development lifecycle
• Serve as the primary technical contact for the VP of Revenue Operations, translating business requirements into system designs
• Design and implement scalable Quote-to-Cash systems, managing the lifecycle of subscriptions and billing processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep Apex coding expertise
• Experience with integration design and REST/webhook integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Direct experience with commercial billing platforms such as Stripe or Recurly
• Hands-on experience in a SaaS environment with Quote-to-Cash processes
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a self-directed work ethic
