Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects, providing direction on architecture, integration, and code quality
• Mentor and support junior developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including significant work with Apex and Lightning
• Strong programming background in JavaScript and Python; skilled in using SOQL/SOSL for data access
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; additional certifications are a strong plus
• Demonstrated success in a senior or lead developer role, ideally within an Agile environment
