Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance custom Salesforce applications to solve complex business problems
• Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Salesforce platform, including user access management and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with global teams to assess implementation needs and train users on Salesforce functionalities

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 Salesforce certification (Platform Developer 1 and 2 preferred) and a minimum of 50 Trailhead badges
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with CRM applications and cloud-based software implementations
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and various software tools like LucidCharts, Asana, and Jira
