Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to leverage the Salesforce platform and integrate advanced workflows and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Design and implement autonomous, goal-driven AI systems to automate complex business processes
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers while managing release cycles and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Certified Application or System Architect preferred
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Direct experience developing or integrating AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem
