Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Own architecture decisions for OmniStudio/Vlocity configuration and prioritize platform-native capabilities
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards across teams
Execute and coordinate deployment across multiple environments and monitor production stability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related STEM field
5+ years of custom Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer on Salesforce delivery teams
Salesforce Certifications required: Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II highly preferred
