Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility analysis and collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to implement and maintain Salesforce.com CRM solutions
• Lead documentation of technical requirements and oversee development team practices, including code reviews
• Manage onshore and offshore teams while ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience on the Force.com platform with 4-6 end-to-end implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OOB functionality, Lightning components, and Apex development
• Proficient in Salesforce APIs for system integration
• Experience in managing a development team of 4-6 members
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
