Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Senior Salesforce Developer, who will work full-time in a remote capacity, is responsible for supporting Salesforce implementations for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on enhancing enterprise systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
• Define and enforce coding standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel routing
• Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments
• Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
