Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join the CRM Systems team in a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an enterprise-level Salesforce platform while ensuring scalability and compliance with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in an enterprise environment
• Advanced proficiency in programmatic development on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and REST/SOAP APIs
• Expert knowledge of Lightning Experience and extensive experience with Lightning Web Components
• Strong experience with data migrations, integration patterns, and data management on Salesforce
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification required; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred
