Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions across Salesforce platforms, focusing on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Billing, and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including automation and case management workflows
• Design and implement solutions for Salesforce Billing, ensuring accurate invoice generation and payment processing while collaborating with Finance teams
• Build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, and manage documentation for these integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing and Experience Cloud development
• Familiarity with integration development using REST/SOAP APIs and related authentication patterns
