Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To support public sector and DoD environments, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality software development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices

Required qualifications

• Active Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance and U.S. Citizenship
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Omniscript, Data Raptors, and Lightning Web Components
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications
• Experience supporting Salesforce platforms within Department of Defense (DoD) environments
