Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Leading the development and technical implementation of the Salesforce platform, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will migrate case management functionality from a legacy Pega system to Salesforce, collaborating with the Data team and mentoring junior developers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and Flow to enhance case-management workflows
- Design and execute a migration strategy for transferring case data and business rules from Pega to Salesforce
- Establish development standards and recommend architecture patterns for integration with other platforms, particularly AWS
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Direct experience with legacy case-management platform migrations
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Flow, and advanced Salesforce configuration
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms using REST APIs and middleware
