Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To lead the optimization of development practices and modernize the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will assess and enhance coding efficiency, streamline Salesforce configurations, and champion best practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize current development practices to reduce technical debt and improve coding efficiency
- Lead the modernization of Salesforce instances, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Implement governance and best practices, providing technical leadership and documentation to the development teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and software optimization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex development, and API integrations
- Proven experience in designing microservices-based architectures
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven approaches for code optimization is a plus
