Senior Salesforce Developer with Public Health

Job Summary

Combining public health expertise with technical skills, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer with Public Health will lead the development of Salesforce applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to solution design while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design alongside architects
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and guidance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 1-3 years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
