Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead Salesforce solution architecture, system design, configuration, and platform optimization
• Design and implement automation, workflows, integrations, and data governance strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, Apex, APIs)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required)
