Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer who will own technical delivery from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions and maintain integrations with external systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
• Mentor junior developers and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies independently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5-10+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced proficiency in Apex and LWC
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven approaches
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or similar)
