Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their software team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering outcomes for Guided Selling, including design, release, and iteration
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, and customers to understand workflows and validate engineering decisions
• Utilize AI tools to enhance engineering processes and improve execution quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Salesforce product development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, data modeling, and packaging constraints
• Experience with Salesforce ISV, managed packages, or AppExchange reviews
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering throughput and documentation
