Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on full stack development, the full-time Senior Salesforce Engineer will leverage the Salesforce platform to create custom solutions and integrations, ensuring high performance and availability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Education Cloud
• Lead projects and mentor team members while adhering to best practices in software development and version control
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements that improve business processes and productivity

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Salesforce solutions
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST) and data loading tools like Gearset
• SFDC Administrator and Developer certifications
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in high-pressure situations
