Senior Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance platform capabilities, two remote contract Senior Salesforce Engineers will develop scalable solutions using Service Cloud, support major MuleSoft integrations, and assist in migrating from Classic to Lightning Experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Lightning (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex
- Support major MuleSoft integrations involving SOAP/REST APIs for platform conversion activities
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on architecture and solution design
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience
- Hands-on proficiency with Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Web Components
- Strong experience with the Web-to-Case business process
- Experience with integrations through SOAP/REST and MuleSoft
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitLab
