Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a fully remote Salesforce team, the Senior Salesforce Engineer will develop scalable solutions using Service Cloud, lead migrations from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, and design integrations with MuleSoft while collaborating with a focused team on high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust solutions utilizing Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Lead platform enhancements and manage the migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience
• Design and optimize integrations using MuleSoft with SOAP and REST APIs

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience with a proven track record
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Strong knowledge of the Web-to-Case business process
• Extensive experience with MuleSoft integrations (SOAP/REST APIs)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
