Senior Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Salesforce Engineer will design and implement AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Salesforce technologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions to automate customer and employee interactions
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud for AI-powered case management and intelligent support experiences
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications while ensuring security and compliance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance practices
