Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

To optimize and expand the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Engineer will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced Visualforce pages, custom controllers, and Lightning components using Apex and other Salesforce technologies
• Lead the development of complex integrations across the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow with enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate project goals into technical specifications and deliver data-driven solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of complex project execution
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein tools or Agentforce strongly preferred
• Understanding of responsible AI principles relevant to financial services
