Senior Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Salesforce Engineer will deliver high-quality, scalable code and configuration across the Salesforce platform, taking ownership of complex features and conducting rigorous code reviews while collaborating with architects and product strategists.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and platform event architecture to meet complex business requirements
- Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tooling
- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor Associate and Mid-Level Engineers to foster continuous learning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform, including expertise in Apex and LWC
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Data Architecture and Management Designer or Application Architect are valued
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external APIs and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and automated CI/CD release management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional technical experience
