Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user requirements to design and configure Salesforce solutions
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and manage the Sales Performance Management Suite
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 5+ years of experience in software configuration or application development
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent are required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and workflow automation
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations
• Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) highly preferred
