Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
Lead capacity and staffing to ensure the team delivers maximum business value
Drive the delivery of quality software and establish strong working relationships with partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent highly technical field
3+ years of experience as an engineering or software development manager with a team of at least 5 people
5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform and strong understanding of its capabilities
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and experience with JavaScript frameworks
Understanding of web service environments, languages, and formats
