Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the performance and scalability of Salesforce multitenant databases
Monitor production workload performance trends and proactively address potential issues
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize Salesforce products and resolve performance issues

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an Application Performance Engineer
7+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Performance Tuning
Experience with SQL Trace, TKPROF, Statspack, and AWR reports
Familiarity with Database Cluster/Multi-tenant/cloud Architecture (RAC, Grid Infrastructure)
Experience in troubleshooting locking issues and developing solutions
