Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst- Federal

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a scrum team to support cross-functional business units and federal stakeholders
Responsible for end-to-end solution implementation, testing, deployment, and reporting success metrics
Refine user stories, craft technical requirement documents, and lead Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of IT experience with hands-on implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
Experience with Government Cloud Plus is preferred
Deep understanding of streamlining functional areas on Salesforce and associated ecosystem
Background using languages such as APEX, Visualforce, JavaScript is preferred
Salesforce Certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Administrator, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant)
