Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

To serve as the technical authority for the Financial Services Cloud platform, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will blend hands-on development with architectural leadership, driving the creation of scalable solutions and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical design of new capabilities, including data model decisions and integration points
• Lead development of advanced Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Collaborate with developers to design cohesive, cross-platform architectures and oversee org health through technical debt reduction and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud
• Deep expertise in the FSC data model, including Households and Financial Account Roles
• Advanced Apex development skills and proficiency with Lightning Web Components
• Experience in multi-developer orgs with version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and compliance considerations
