Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver technology services and solutions for patient support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend strategic technology solutions that align with patient services strategy
  • Handle day-to-day development activities on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Lead major projects as a solution architect and mentor junior resources within the team
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of development experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of development experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of development experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of development experience
  • Experience with SFDC Service Cloud/Health Cloud in a call center environment
  • 2+ years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com applications
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications
  • Salesforce and/or AGILE Certifications preferred
