• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 7 years of SAP Basis experience
• Strong understanding of business process requirements and cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively

• Familiarity with technical issues and their business impact
