Senior SAP Basis Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior SAP Basis Engineer will deliver technical support for client SAP landscapes, oversee system enhancements and updates, and serve as the primary contact for client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for planning and scheduling client technical maintenance and upgrade activities
• Perform project-based and production support for SAP system migrations, landscape refreshes, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Drive continual improvement in systems operations through collaboration with delivery and development teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of relevant hands-on SAP Basis engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis engineer in a 24x7 environment
• Solid background administering SAP HANA and SAP Sybase databases
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ansible preferred
