Senior SAP Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior SAP Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service CS and SAP S4HANA Service, who will lead end-to-end implementation projects, design core service processes, and conduct requirements-gathering workshops, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S4HANA Service from blueprinting to hypercare
• Design and configure core service processes, including Service Order Management and Service Contracts
• Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders and align system designs with global architectural roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 12 years of total SAP experience, with 3-5 years specifically in SAP S4HANA Service
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations or major migration projects
• Expertise in MFG PM CS, SAP SD, and CS modules
