Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction, service quality, and relationships across multiple organizational levels
• Oversee application support, project management, and resource coordination for managed services accounts
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and conduct monthly service reviews and account planning

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience
• 7+ years of SAP and/or ERP support experience
• 5+ years in AMS Service Delivery, Account Management, or Project Management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Project Management
• Bilingual and authorized to work in the United States
