Senior SAP Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP Developer to lead and deliver complex SAP solutions in a high-visibility IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing for SAP implementations and enhancements
• Serve as a technical lead for SAP HCM-related initiatives, providing guidance and quality oversight to project team members
• Design and configure SAP HCM modules and develop ABAP solutions, while collaborating with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP development or related IT roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM HR modules and advanced ABAP development
• Experience designing and supporting SAP Fiori applications and architecture
• Knowledge of SAP HR Security concepts and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
