Senior SAP EWM Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert post-go-live support and mentorship, the remote Senior SAP EWM Consultant will lead hypercare initiatives, manage support tickets, and drive continuous improvements in system stability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead hypercare initiatives following SAP EWM implementations and monitor system performance
• Manage a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SAP EWM Support Consultants

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• SAP EWM certification required, or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Active government clearance or ability to obtain one prior to hire date
• Experience with the Department of Defense or federal agencies is a plus
