Senior SAP Functional Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of SAP system-specific legislative and regulatory updates, the full-time Senior SAP Functional Analyst will work remotely to ensure compliance for clients' ERP systems in the US and Canada, while providing in-depth functional and technical expertise across multiple SAP versions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate tax and regulatory requirements into system changes for clients' ERP systems
• Organize problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams to resolve complex updates related to HR/Payroll
• Develop test strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough analysis and testing of legislative changes

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of extensive experience with US & Canada SAP HR/Payroll projects
• In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian Payroll processes and SAP configuration
• Expert understanding of US Tax Reporter and related state tax file specifications
• Proven track record in enterprise application projects, including full development and QA lifecycle processes
