Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level post-live issue resolution and consulting services to clients
• Analyze support issues, prepare functional specifications, and perform configuration based on client needs
• Deliver effective client communication and maintain documentation while mentoring other consultants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration/consulting experience in the US and/or Canada
• SAP certification or equivalent SAP work experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll/HR applications, including configuration and integration
• Ability to mentor and guide other associates in areas of expertise
