Job Summary
Seeking a contract Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and consulting roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates while collaborating with internal leaders to meet hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting and hiring life cycle for SAP, Analytics, and technology-focused consulting positions
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on recruiting progress
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical or consulting roles
- Experience recruiting SAP professionals and understanding their functional and technical skill sets
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Strong candidate assessment skills to evaluate technical experience and consulting capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
