Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP Success Factors EC Payroll and HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as a Payroll Architect / Lead alongside Client Teams in designing and implementing Payroll Solutions
• Serve as Techno-functional consultant and integrate SAP SuccessFactors Payroll to third party applications
• Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Travel to Client Sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll / HCM solutions
• Expertise in HCM and Payroll business processes
• Experience designing payroll solutions for state and local government
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM payroll integrations
