Job Summary
Providing exceptional remote support for mission-critical SAP applications, the full-time Senior SAP Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, develop fixes, and deliver high-quality customer experiences while working in US EST/CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications
- Provide remote functional support and training for specialist SAP modules, while managing key assigned accounts
- Collaborate with team members to improve client experience and contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP Basis
- Working knowledge as a system administrator with at least two operating systems such as Linux, Solaris, or Windows
- Expertise in SAP HANA core technology, including architecture and performance tuning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- SAP certification(s) preferred
