Senior SAP TM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP TM Support Consultant to lead post-Go-Live support efforts in SAP Transportation Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hypercare and production support for SAP TM Go-Lives
• Act as final escalation point for critical system issues
• Mentor Consultant 1 and Consultant 2 team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP TM hands-on configuration and support experience
• In-depth knowledge of freight order management, planning, and execution in TM
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Proven experience in high-pressure support environments
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain security clearance
