Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SBA Credit Officer responsible for managing the SBA lending portfolio and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and develop policies for the SBA business line while ensuring adherence to credit policies
• Deliver timely information on portfolio risk and compliance to internal and external parties, including loan reviews and audits
• Participate in loan committees and underwriting processes, fostering a culture of risk awareness and control within lending units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in credit and underwriting
• Experience specifically in SBA credit and underwriting
