Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Fulfillment Documentation to manage SBA loan documentation and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence on SBA loan parties and documentation to ensure compliance with SBA SOP and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate a smooth loan closing process
  • Prepare and verify SBA loan documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending functions, particularly with SBA loan programs (Required)
  • 4+ years of experience with attorney closings and commercial loan documentation (Required)
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience related to legal review of commercial loan documentation (Required)
  • Paralegal certification preferred
