Senior SCADA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SCADA Engineer - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ignition based SCADA system and associated platforms
• Support day-to-day plant SCADA and controls related tasks to ensure network reliability and serviceability
• Provide technical support and analyze complex operational technology/control system problems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in related field; electrical engineering degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years related industry experience, with a preference for renewable energy
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining plant control systems using SCADA and PLC platforms
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition, preferably Gold or Core certified
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and programming languages such as Python and C++
