Senior SCADA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SCADA Engineer - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ignition based SCADA systems and associated platforms
• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, RTUs, and other related equipment while supporting day-to-day SCADA and controls tasks
• Provide technical support, respond to complex work orders, and maintain detailed documentation of development processes and system configurations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in a related field; electrical engineering degree preferred
• 5+ years of related industry experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Expertise in designing and maintaining plant control systems using SCADA and PLC platforms
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition and knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Programming experience in Python, IEC 61131-3, C, C++, or C#
