Senior Scalability Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on observability platform development, the full-time Senior Scalability Engineer will architect and build Judi Health's organization-wide observability strategy, create internal products using React/TypeScript and Python/Rust, and enhance engineering productivity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the LGTM stack as the primary observability platform for engineering teams
• Design and develop production-grade internal observability products that enhance log search and metrics visualization
• Integrate SQL analytics for logs and build intelligent alerting systems to support engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience with a progression into technical leadership roles
• Strong experience with React/TypeScript for frontend development and Python for backend services
• Deep production experience with the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Prometheus)
• Extensive experience with AWS CloudWatch Logs and Metrics
• Proven ability to architect solutions using both managed cloud services and open-source tooling
