Senior SCCM/Intune Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. SCCM/Intune Technician to lead the implementation and support of enterprise endpoint management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
• Monitor and maintain endpoint compliance, configuration baselines, and security policies
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and technical leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support
• Deep knowledge of patch management and software deployment strategies
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator)
