Job Summary

Senior Scientific Director, responsible for overseeing scientific content development, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of high-quality, evidence-based scientific content and lead project development
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to processes and providing training
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure project efficiency, budget adherence, and resource planning

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
• 8+ years of experience in a medical communications agency
• Demonstrated expertise in scientific content development and client management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines
