Senior Scientific Director
Job Summary
To support strategic client engagements in the Medical Affairs space, the fully remote or hybrid Senior Scientific Director will manage scientific teams, direct client strategy, and lead the development of high-quality medical content focused on cardio-renal-metabolic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a scientific team to deliver a range of Medical Affairs projects
- Lead account management to ensure the creation of accurate medical/scientific content
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on scientific expertise
Required qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, or MD with 10+ years of relevant medical communications experience
- In-depth understanding of Medical Affairs work in the cardio-renal-metabolic space
- Track record of successful scientific leadership across multiple clients
- US launch experience; global experience is a plus
- Experience managing staff across multiple locations
