Senior Scientific Program Manager

Job Summary

Thriving at the intersection of data management and community engagement, the full-time remote Senior Scientific Program Manager will coordinate multi-stakeholder efforts to build data infrastructure for new approach methodologies research, facilitating collaboration among academic researchers, technology partners, and governmental program offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with program requirements and organizational goals
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, milestones, and success metrics, leveraging project management tools and AI as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate high-stakes multi-institutional collaboration and resolve complex alignment issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in biomedical research or health informatics
• 5+ years of experience in scientific program management, biomedical research coordination, or health data infrastructure projects
• Experience leading highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder projects in research or life sciences
• Expertise in agile, hybrid, or matrixed project management environments and tools
• Experience in resource management, including budgeting and forecasting
