Senior Scientific Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a highly complex, multidisciplinary R&D program, the full-time Senior Technical/Scientific Program Manager will coordinate efforts across AI, software engineering, and scientific teams while managing collaborations with universities and government stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own execution of a large, multi-year strategic R&D program
• Manage collaboration across diverse teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of technical milestones
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, track deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years leading large, cross-functional technical programs
• Hands-on experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical R&D
• Strong understanding of experimental biology and laboratory workflows
• Experience managing programs involving multiple organizations and diverse technical disciplines
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced environments
